the stay here was incredible for 3 nights in niseko. stayed there before, the staff was as always exceptionally friendly. the restaurant was very nice for lunch, we ordered delicious dishes. we had a mountain view and air conditioning, a couch, and a storage space.

Free breakfast selection with numerous options and beer, as example. Modern and carpeted rooms with a big comfy bed and excellent service. Location really close to the town centre, the slopes and centre of town, and restaurants & shops.

Staff was wonderful, and facilities were new here. New building and rooms with functional decoration. Delicious and satisfactory breakfast — a wide range of meals.

The hotel was comfy, we would recommend. Our stay here was nice, best base for exploring Niseko. - the location was amazing, to the Rhythm Snow-sports outlet at the accommodation. - the view was great, too. - Every member of the staff was dedicated.

The room had a big comfy bed and was carpeted, perfect for my 9-night stay. the hotel's location was great, with Niseko Grand Hirafu Ski Resort just a short walk away.

always exceeded my expectations during this golf trip. the room was spacious and modern, with great views of mt yotei. the breakfast buffet was tasty and the staff were friendly. the hotel shuttle made getting around easy. definitely recommend visiting the restaurant too!

Conveniently situated near the downtown area. Plus, it's just a short hop to the Ace Family Lift. the breakfast here is amazing with plenty of tasty options to choose from. 🥐 the food is decent too!

The staff here are super friendly and always give you the info you need. the room was tidy with plenty of space to store your stuff, plus there were lots of USB ports to charge your devices. the bathroom was really nice too! 🌟

the location was ideal - not too far from the ski lifts and restaurants, and they also provide a convenient shuttle service. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our pre-arrival arrangements were ready upon check-in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a sofa in the reception area and a bigger bed on a higher floor. The breakfast provided a great start to the day, and I especially loved the attention to detail with the bathroom products.

Everything was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
